จูบา ซูดานใต้, ตอนเย็นวันเสียงปืนแตก Juba South Sudan,Evening before confict

     จูบา ซูดานใต้ ประเทศน้องใหม่ของโลกลำดับที่ 193  อิสระภาพเอกราชที่ได้รับมาจากการแยกเอกราชของชาติมาจากซุดานเมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม ค.ศ. 2011 จากการต่อสู้มายาวนานของ ดร.จอร์น การ์แรงค์ นักการเมืองและผู้นำหลังจากมีการทำข้อตกลงสันติภาพเขาทำหน้าที่เป็นรองประธานาธิบดีคนแรกของซูดานเมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม  ค.ศ. 2005 จนกระทั่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ณ วันนี้ชาวซูดานใต้ต้องมาแตกแยกสู้รบกันเองอันมาจากความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง

     Juba, Sudan South of World's youngest No. 193, independence from the separation from Sudan,They gained independence on 9th July , 2011, After the peace agreement, Dr.John Garan served as Sudan's first vice president on July 9, 2005, until a change was political. Today, South Sudanese people have to fight each other because of political conflict.

เฉลิมฉลองเอกราช ปี ค.ศ.2013, จูบา ซูดานใต้

     ตอนเย็นวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม ค.ศ.2013 ผมกับพี่ที่ผมนับถือคนหนึ่งได้ออกมาที่ถนนหน้าไนโกรอน(Ngykoron Center) ปกติเส้นทางนี้ในทุกวันจะมีการนำสินค้าออกมาวางขายกันอย่างเนื่องแน่น ย่านแถวนี้ช่วงแรกเริ่มจะการค้าขายบริเวณย่านวงเวียนเล็ก(น้ำพุ)หัวมุมอนุสรณ์สถานของท่าน ดร.จอร์น การ์แรง ที่เจ้าของสอนค้าที่นำมาขายส่วนมากเป็นชาวยูการดา เคนย่า และชาวซูดานใต้บางส่วน สินค้าที่นำมาขายส่วนมากถ้าเป็นเครื่องนุ่งห่มเสื้อผ้าที่นำเข้ามาจากยูกานดา เคนยา ส่วนสินค้าจำพวกของกินจะเป็นของชาวพื้นเมืองมาขายบางส่วนจะนำเข้ามาขายจะเป็นของชาวซูดานใต้

     On the evening of December 15, 2013, I and my older brother came out to the Ngikoron Center. Everyday, this route is going to be sold out. At the beginning of this trade, the area around the small roundabout (fountain) corner of the monument of Dr. Jonh Garang sold to sell the majority of the Uganda, Kenya and 9 people. South Part Most of the items are imported from Uganda, Kenya, Some of the products will be sold by the native. Some will be sold to the South Sudanese.

      ตอนเย็นวันนี้การค้าขายผิดปกตินี้ผู้ขายไม่ได้มาขายสินค้าเช่นทุกวันถนนเส้นที่วิ่งมาจากมหาวิทยาลัยจูบาเงียบสงบไม่มีแม้แต่รถจะวิ่งเข้ามาในถนนเส้นนี้หรือแแม้แต่เส้นที่วิ่งมาจากวงเวียนน้ำพุเล็กมาทางมหาวิทยาลัยที่จะผ่านไปที่ตลาดควนโยควนโยบนถนนไม่มีรถวิ่งผ่านเช่นเดียวกัน

      On the evening of this unusual trading day, the seller did not come to sell the product same every day, the road running from Juba University was quiet, there was not even a car running in the street, but the line ran from the rounabout. A small fountain will come to the university to pass through the Khuanyo Khuanyo market.

     

วงเวียนน้ำพุเล็ก แยกอนุสรณ์สถาน ดร.จอร์น การ์แรงค์

     ผมเดินกลับมาที่วงเวียนน้ำพุเล็กที่แยก ดร. จอร์น กาแรงค์ พบกับทหารทหารกองกำลังสันติภาพที่มาจากประเทศกัมพูชายืนประจำการบริเวณนั้น ผมจึงถามหาท่านผู้พันท่านหนึ่งที่ผมรู้จักซึ่งท่านตอนที่เจอกับท่านตอนเก็บกู้กับระเบิดที่กัมพูชาและถามเพิ่มเติ่มว่าทำไมวันนี้คนน้อยมาขายสินค้าน้อยผิดปกติกว่าทุกวันที่ผ่านมานายทหารท่านนั้นแจ้งมาว่าเขาไม่ทราบสาเหตุว่าอะไรเกิดขึ้น เย็นนี้เขาบอกเพิ่มเติมว่ารถยนต์ได้เกิดอุบัติเหตุตรงวงเวียนน้ำพุที่ผ่านมา คุยกันสักเขาจึงขอตัวแยกแยกย้ายจากกัน

     I went back to the small fountain at the intersection. Dr. John Garang met with the United Military from Cambodia standing there. I asked the colonel, who I knew when he met with him at the Cambodian bomb disposal and asked why they were selling less than usual every day. The soldiers informed him that he did not know what was going on. This evening, he added that the car had crashed straight past the roundabout and we split apart.

     ผมเคยได้ยินข่าวเกี่ยวกับความขัดแย้งบ้างเหมือนกันก่อนจะเกิดเหตุณ์การยิงปะทะต่อสู้กันขึ้น ข่าวที่ได้ยินเพียงนึกันว่าเป็นข่าวที่เล่าให้ฟังกันเฉยๆยังไม่มีใครคิดว่าจะร้ายแรงอย่างคาดไม่ถึงว่าจะมีเหตุการณ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นเช่นนี้

         I've heard news about the conflict before the incident happened. The only news that was heard was the news that nobody was going to think that it was going to be so bad.

     ช่วงเย็นผมกลับที่พักได้พบพูดคุยกับบางคนเขาบอกว่ามีการมีการบุกเข้าประชิดตัวท่านประธานาธิบดีปะทะเกิดขึ้นที่หอแสดงสินค้าที่มีการประชุมที่อยู่ตรงข้ามกับศูนย์ไนร์โกรอนเซ็นเตอร์ เขาบอกบอกราบระเอียดเพิ่มเติมอีกเล็กน้อยผมกับเขาก็แยกกัน สำหรับสภาพเย็นตอนจะมืดค่ำในวันนี้แต่ความเงียบสงบทั้งเสียงเพลงและผู้คนเคยคึกคักมีแต่ความเงียบสงบ

     In the evening, I returned to the lodge and met some of the people. He said that there had been an invasion of the President. The clashes took place at the convention hall opposite the Nygiron Center. He told me a bit more, I separated him.It will be dark today, but the tranquility of the music and the people are deafening but this evening quiet.

      ช่วงเวลาหลังเที่ยงคืนวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม ค.ศ.2013 (ประมาณตี 1 เศษ ในวันที่ 16) เสียงปืนดังขึ้นถือเป็นประวัติศาสร์ที่ต้องสู้รบกันมีทั้งเสียงอาวุธประจำกาย เสียงคำรามจากเสียงปืนใหญ่กระสุนดังลั่นและแสงวิถีกระสุนปืนใหญ่ข้ามเมืองที่อาศัยตลอดทั้งคนถึงรุ่งเช้าก็ยังไม่เงียบสงบแม้แต่กลางวันก็ยังได้ยินเสียงต่อสู้กันประปลายตลอดทั้งเมือง เสียงปืนได้ลดลงในช่วงบ่ายแต่ยามค่ำคืนยังได้ยินเสียงปืนกระหน่ำยิงอยู่บ้างเป็นบางจุดและได้ยินประปรายเป็นช่่วงๆในสัปดาห์นั้น

     Time after midnight on December 15, 2013 (approximately 1.00 am.on the 16th), gunfire is a history of fighting with the sound of weapons. The sound of gunfire, bullets, and rocket shells across the city at dawn throughout the day, was not quiet at all. Guns were fired in the afternoon, but at night, gunfire was heard at some point, and there was a spat over that week.

      สงครามมีแต่ความสูญเสียประชาชนประสบเคราะห์กรรมลำบาก สัญญาการหยุดยิงของทั้งสองฝ่ายที่ทาง  IGAD, UN และหลายฝ่ายที่เข้าช่วยเหลือร่วมมือกัน เราได้แต่หวังว่าสันติภาพในประเทศซุดานใต้ มิตรภาพญาติมิตรเพื่อนฝูงและความสุขของชาวซูดานใต้จะกลับมาในเร็ววัน

     The war has lost the people suffering miserable. IGAD, UN and many parties join forces. We hope that peace in South Sudan will make friends, relatives, friends and the happiness of South Sudan will come back soon.
